Return Policy and Refunds

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are excluded from returns:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons or that can deteriorate quickly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at [your email address] so that we can resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Pending or Missing Refunds
