Returns & Refunds Policy

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are excluded from return:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons or are perishable

4. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after approval, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
