Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Welcome to our online shop www.mineralienhotel.com. By accessing and using our online shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries made via our online shop. Deviating conditions are valid only if confirmed by us in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after submission. The purchase contract is concluded either upon our express confirmation or with the shipment of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include applicable VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the delivery times stated in the online shop. If not all items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
If delivery becomes impossible for reasons beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, unavailability of goods), we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or other methods offered during checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If delivered goods show obvious material or manufacturing defects, please notify us immediately. Failure to do so has no effect on your legal rights.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health due to intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part.
For other damages, we are liable only in cases of gross negligence or intent.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
12. Final Provisions
The laws of the Italian Republic shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a business entity, legal person under public law, or a special fund under public law, our registered office is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and us.
