Shipping policy

Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
We ship throughout the entire EU. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, if available, a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product.
These costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed before you complete your order.
Shipping fees do not include customs duties or additional taxes that may apply when shipping outside of Italy.

 

Local Pickup

You also have the option to pick up your order in person at our Mineralienhotel in Natz.
To do so, please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times within the EU vary depending on the destination. Typically, they range between 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items may require longer delivery times.
