Vanadinite on Barite – S

This vanadinite on barite specimen from Morocco measures 10.5 × 4.5 cm and weighs 290 g. Vivid red, sharply hexagonal vanadinite crystals sit among pale, blade-like barite formations, the strong color contrast typical of specimens from Morocco's Mibladen region, long known for producing some of the finest vanadinite in the world. Its narrower, more elongated shape than our larger vanadinite piece makes it easier to place in a smaller display space.
